Strategic Mobility + Placemaking Plan
The Village of Scarsdale has launched the Scarsdale Strategic Mobility + Placemaking Plan.
The plan is a community-driven transportation planning effort to identify and address challenges and opportunities in the Village Center and on Sprague Road. The plan will develop recommendations for improving placemaking and traffic safety with consideration for parking and other community needs.
The Scarsdale Strategic Mobility + Placemaking Plan will be exploring ways to:
Increase pedestrian & cyclist safety
Provide access for all users
Improve traffic flow & circulation
Activate public spaces
Incorporate sustainability
The Village relies on the participation and input of its residents and community leaders to ensure the best possible outcomes.
